Sunlighten owner Connie Zack appeared on the Kansas City Live morning show (on our local NBC station) last week, talking about our on-site Sunlight Day Spa and the health benefits of full spectrum infrared sauna (via Sunlighten’s mPulse infrared sauna). Sunlight Day Spa is the only spa in the metro area that offers full spectrum infrared sauna sessions.

We hope that all of our American customers have a terrific Thanksgiving tomorrow. We’ll be resting up and getting ready for the holiday shopping season to begin on Friday. We are most excited though for Saturday!

Our Official Kansas City Chiefs Red Friday Party!

Sunlighten won an official Red Friday Office Party from the Kansas City Chiefs! Back at the beginning of the football season, our staff (and the staff in our Sunlight Day Spa downstairs), entered to win a party from our local professional football team (American football, for those of you reading this outside of the U.S.).
We showed our spirit and support for the hometown Chiefs and shared our enthusiasm with the team via Facebook and Twitter.

Infrared Sauna for Runners and Other Athletes

We’re getting ready to host a group workout this weekend for a local running club here in Kansas City. The Runner’s Edge group uses our headquarters building as a start/finish point for a group run about once a quarter. After their runs, the runners stop in for water, a bagel, a banana, whatever they need to recharge. They can also take advantage of some of the spa services offered by our in-house spa, Sunlight Day Spa.
