Sunlighten owner Connie Zack stopped by Randy Alvarez’s Wellness Hour recently for a long talk about infrared saunas. We’ve shared other clips from the longer segment previously (this clip covers the beginnings of Sunlighten saunas) and they’re all worth a watch – this one is about the safety of infrared heat therapy. If you’re unsure or not yet educated on the efficacy and safety of using infrared heat in your daily life, this video is a great introduction to the subject.
