If you didn’t catch it earlier today, Sunlighten’s mPulse bELIEVE full spectrum infrared sauna was featured on The Doctors television show. Dr. Travis Stork and Dr. Drew Ordon actually sat in the mPulse and talked about the health benefits of infrared sauna use (and showed off a few of the mPulse features like real-time biofeedback monitoring).

It’s that time of year again – congestion, cough, aches and more. Cold and flu season is here. Did you know that regular infrared sauna use can help strengthen your immune system, working to prevent colds and flu?Increased Circulation
Infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system, causing the heart to beat more vigorously and blood vessels to dilate, which help cleanse the circulatory system and more fully oxygenate the body’s cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system.
